Nolvadex is good shit. My BP was as 140/90 for a bit, been takaing 20mg every morning and now its at 133/83 while on tren and prop.. However my weight has dropped to 211lb from 214lb,.. obviously 3lb water loss.
Second point is that i am eating a consistent 4200 cals a day, 275g protein, plenty of carbs and 40ml flaxseed..
Checked body fat today after eating lots for months and xmas, etc and it is only 10.2% on calipers. Should i be looking at banging down a good 5000 cals a day and 350g of protein to gain those few lb of muscle i am looking for?
