Hi my name is john and i have posted on her before about how this summer i want to build up alot of muscle for the next football season. what i was wondering i cant really start yet on weight lifting till i get out of school. So what i was wondering is if anyone could tell me any exersizes that i could do so that i can get as strong as i can before the school year is out. i have a resistance band that i use but i only know a few workouts like push up crunches and thats about it if anyone knows any good routens that will work for no weights that would be great.
