No upperbody, just deadlifts/squats/leg workouts

dl, squat, and ohp would be better. no need to go crazy on the ohp neither just a few sets once per week would be better than not doing them

My friend is playing D1 baseball next year.. was being looked at by top 25 schools until he got bloodclots, but he said that whenever he worked out his upper body the day before a game (even 2 days before) that it kind of fatigued him. Anything before that he was fine. I would structure your workouts around your pitching schedule, but take this with a grain of salt becuase I'm not a pitcher

No strength coaches in the minors, at least not on my team.

Im a reliever I can pitch any day unless the skip tells me Im down. Usually Ill have one off day a week maybe two. You just never know.

Maybe Ill just do push ups and rows?

You will take a chance of throwing you shape out of balance. If you over develop your back you will cause issues with your chest and shoulders. The muscles could pull your shoulders in a back and downward motion. Just the opposite of the guy who only trains chest and it pulls the shoulders forward and rounds them.

I'd reconsider. Change more to a conditioning routine and less of a developing routine that will keep it even.

Could'nt have said it any better, you do not want to gain strength or mass during the season, just maintain. Since pitching requires such precise muscle use gaining muscle could significantly mess with your accuracy...
