Well from what I am to under stand natural test levels are regulated by the pituitary and the gonadal glandular system. Each individual has his own "genetic bench marks". Meaning you body will down regulate test production if your natural limit is reached or exceeded. So in answer to your question. Yes sperm that is not ejaculated causes the vasa deferentia to halt production of sperm. The testes at that point use all there resources on producing Test. So in turn u wind up with the ability to produce more test on demand to what ever your Genetic limit is. I would think this would work nicely if you where training naturally, as your test levels would rebound to normal much quicker than in a sexually active male.
