I think focusing more on proper diet and training will give you far superior results than not cutting loose for 3 months.

Testosterone goes up immediately after ejaculation, then drops. But who really cares anyway, you're supplementing much more than whatever slight natural bump in test you may get from abstaining...
 
I have two bottles of Undestor 40mgs testo lying around. whenever i feel i need a small boost i pop a few for a two or three weeks. Doesnt do much for size but it sure as hell makes me horny.

I would like to see that study though, about how abstinence relates to testosterone. Might be a good way to come off of a cycle if it trully makes that much of a difference. :)

You guys jack off before you get to the gym, I was wondering why all those naked old men in the locker room were giving me weird looks. Do you know how hard it is to keep it up with some saggy ass old guy prancing his shit around the locker room?;)
 
You have to be able to release the pressure every once in a while.

The same happens to me!!...when i'm horny i can't focus on my exercises, i get lethargic, i start looking for some ass or tits, etc...if i whack off before, i'm more energic, concentrated, and train a lot better.
 
If I have just had sex or J/Oed I have less energy in the gym.

However once for the hell of it I did all but one set of my workout and then Joed and I was stronger for my last set than I'd ever been.

But that could have been because of the long break.
