I am currently on a bulker. I know how to eat during this period, so far I have gained 20lbs. I will probably put on another 5 or so during the course of this cycle. I will also have put on around 5-7 lbs of body fat. Hard for me to accept, but I know this is what I have to do to grow. After this cycle I will be jumping into a cutter. My question is how should my diet look during this period. I am 23 years old 225lbs. 15-16% bf 6' tall. Goal is to get down around 7-8%. will be using gear and willing to do any cardio necessary to get there. The diet I am very confused about. So many options and I don't know what to do?
