For anyone that has no carb days. Like on your off days, maybe you dont have carbs.
What do your meals look like for the day?
Meal 1: 6 whole omega three eggs scrambled, 1oz cheese, 4g Fish Oil
Meal 2: 2 scoops Whey Iso + 5g Sugar free Metamucil, 2 tbsp ANPB
Meal 3: 6oz Chicken Cutlets, 8oz Broccoli, 1oz Almonds
Meal 4: 6oz Lean Red meat, 8oz Broccoli, 1oz Almonds
Meal 5: Same as Meal 3 minus the Almonds add 4g fish oil
Meal 6: 2 Scoops casein protein, 1 tbsp ANPB, 4g Fish Oil
Here's a good idea of a "No Carb" day. I allow for some trace carbs from green veggies, nuts, butters, etc.
