nite time snacks

well i eat dinner around 6:30 - 7 and thats my last meal of the day. for all the day before that, i eat every 2 - 3 hours. so after dinner, i take a shower, organize things for the next day, and a whole buncha other stuff. i dunno how the hell i take so long with everything, but i get to bed around 11 - 11:30. i'm not a person who falls asleep immediately so i'm lying in bed for at least a 1/2 hour. while i'm lying there, i get sooooo hungry. just the other day, i realized thats cuz by that time, it's been at least 4 hours since i last ate. i dunno if i should throw in another meal before i go to sleep or just like an apple or something, or nothing at all. but my gosh that is a killer starvation there.
