Good news! I am drinking 72 to 108 oz water a day.

And I am sure I can easily hit a gallon.
The peeing really sucks...but it's okay.
For the nite time snacks, I am eating a can of tuna, which fills me up well. However, I have it like 30 minutes before I go to bed. I have heard that if you eat right before you sleep, the digestion is not regular.

Do you think it is necessary to have more than just tuna, but give more time before bed? Like and hour or so?
Sweets: I am gonna pass on your chocolate chip cookies idea. I haven't had a cookie in the longest time. Boy I'm craving them now! But I'll resist the temptation.
My friends don't believe that they have eating problems. Oh well...their worry.
