Nexus labs,anyone?

A buddy of mine who only relies on word of mouth rather than the internet for his anabolic info has just bought a 20ml bottle of EQ and a 20ml bottle of sauce. Now the only thing that makes me skeptical is the fact that the bottles were filled to the brim, and I have gotten a couple 20 ml, hell any size vials and not one was filled to the brim, any help thanks.
