Next cycle: anavar

Gabrielle looks like a green bean in that pic:( . but ur right... the picture doesnt do her justice...she has a lil more muscle definition that what appears in that pic...thank god!! ;) . anyway.... yea... u could some anna... start at 5 and increase slowly. i would stay at 10 for the entire cycle. i went up to 12.5 for a few days and i started to cramp and got some sides... so im back at 10 now. so far so good... nice gains... i can lift heavier... noticed more muscle definition..and am tighter than ever. i do feel a lil "puffy" though :( ....am not liking that.

because.. when i used creatine while on anavar i held about 9 pounds of water!! That is why.. it is called EXPERIENCE!! I am not holding nearly as much water now since not using creatine...

Pinky girl... Yohimbe is an A2 receptor blocker and helps women lose fat where they have the most fast twitch muscles. Check out Macrophage69alpha's thread.. he is amazingly knowledgeable on yohimbe and answers every possible question...

One thing to say: Anavar sucks!

Ok, I got what I wanted, I got a REALLY firm body. I love the back of my legs and my back (Yes, I will take pics, I just didn't got the time (It's that time of the year again, exams...) or someone to take those pics (wanna take them for me...!)), but I lost a little of my biceps and that's what I was the most proud of. My poor littles biceps...

Oh, yeah, and you should see my ass, I got the curve (you know, like guys habitually have on the side of their butt...), but I really have to lose some weight now to get the definition that I want. And I was at 110 before the anavar and the winny, I'm now at 128. I didn't weight myself since June (before the winny) and I just did... shit, that's cool!


Well, Anavar doesn't sucks that much, I'm just sad for my biceps... Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you, I showed them to an old classmate, and his jaw dropped :).
 
And I'm still looking for those before pictures. I cant seem to find one that show something about my body before... But I found many baby pictures!!!
 
PG... i just finished my anavar cycle too. i did 11 weeks if i remember correctly. i was going to do a total of 14 but i had to cut it short for a few reasons. my gains were freaking crazy. i was 123 when i started... now im 136!!. my back and shoulders are so much broader... my hamstrings popped out, which i never had before...and everything just got harder! my strength went through the roof!! seriously...i had some awesome strength gains. NOW... im happy about all this but i still dont feel as cut as i want to be. right now im fine tuning my diet and cardio and see how that works. in about 6-8 weeks i will start up again on a small dose of anna along with t3 and clen for an 8 weeks cycle to see if i can lean out a lil more. keep us updated....and we'll be waitin for the pics!:)
