. but ur right... the picture doesnt do her justice...she has a lil more muscle definition that what appears in that pic...thank god!!
. anyway.... yea... u could some anna... start at 5 and increase slowly. i would stay at 10 for the entire cycle. i went up to 12.5 for a few days and i started to cramp and got some sides... so im back at 10 now. so far so good... nice gains... i can lift heavier... noticed more muscle definition..and am tighter than ever. i do feel a lil "puffy" though
....am not liking that.
