I've been training for years now but my stamina is in dire need of help. I bench 80 lbs, deadlift 100, but I have not seen gains in years. I weigh 180 and I'm really considering a switch to steroids to boost my ability and train much harder. I'm frustrated by the difficulty of access and the high-handed superiority of those who are lucky enough to get it. I just want to know what the best thing to do is.
