newbie with some questions...

First i would like to say hello to everyone on the board.
i want to get on something here in the next month or so, i was looking at "test250" by Impact or "equi-bolan" by Impact... what do you think of these? i would be only taking one or the other or none at all if i find something else. let me know what you think
i know there is nothing like the real deal,but i cant get them so i have to take what i can get i guess!

If you are new to weight lifting, I wouldnt go directly to the juice.

Get on a rigorous workout and diet schedule first. You will make good gains just improving your diet and workout. Its not worh the money right now.

I wasnt sure if you were a newbie to just this site, or to weighlifting in general. I assume you meant weightlifting in general.

I simply changed my diet and did a lot of research on a good routine and gained around 16 lbs in no time.
 
Welcome.. I would suggest getting a good routine or listing what routine you do right now, then people can assess and suggest certain excercises or training methods. I really don't recommend using anything unless you have pushed yourself to the utmost and hit a major plateua
