Yeah, I know PH's suck, but I couldn't find a source, so I had to go with this. Please don't remind me I wasted my cash and my balls will fall off w/o any muscle gain.
I'm 6'2" 215lbs (hopefully be down a few lbs before cycle in April), a lot of fat, but I do not care about how much fat I have during this as long as I pack on muscle.
I bought 2 bottles each of One+ and 6OXO. Since I've never done PH's before, I was thinking about 7-8 sprays 2x a day, is this enough? I don't have enough for two complete cycles at normal length, so would it be ok to just go until both bottles are out (about 8 weeks I'd guess)? Or two smaller cycles?
Where's the best place to apply it? Chest, forearms, shoulders? Is it better to spread it out some? Do I just spray and rub in with my hands?
I usually workout 60-90 minutes after waking up. Should I wait until my post-workout shower to apply it or do I want it on pre-workout?
When do I want to start taking the 6OXO and for how long? I have 120 caps, and was just gonna take til it was gone. X pills at dinner, right? What should X equal?
I hear a lot of people undereat, and Avant suggests eating 20-25xbw in calories for maximum benefits. That's gonna be pretty damn hard for me. Is it ok if it comes in the form of whole milk, peanuts, and N-Large or do I want to make it healthier than this? Or does it not matter that much, the cals are so important? Because if I ate a frozen pizza every day I could probably meet calories. Mmmmm….pizza.
Do I want/need to be taking creatine on my cycle (Loading for a few days, then taking until I start the 6OXO). I'm not convinced I'm a responder to creatine, but I ordered some more anyway, because I want to do everything possible to maximize benefits.
What kind of routine do I want to be doing? Recently I’ve been doing HST, but don’t think I want to keep that up. Traditional HIT 3 day split? 5 days a week? More? In the past I’ve tried everything, and I don’t have a clear preference towards anything. I know that I rarely get sore, and often feel like I can do more routine than I’m doing. And Avant says less than 7 hours a week in the gym would be undertraining for most people. But of course I don’t want to overtrain.
Is cardio a big no-no on cycle? I did say I don't care about fat levels, but I don't want to have to buy balloon seat pants.
Are there any added concerns in smoking? I've pretty much given up drinking, but smoke one cigarette a day and smoke weed on the weekends.
If I like my results, what should I go to next now that One+ is no more? How long should I stay “off”? Will I wither back down if I don't keep cycling?
