Anyway, been taking it for about 3 weeks now and the first 2 weeks felt great! Got a nice pump and good rush in the gym. The third week didn't feel "as" good, but still ok.
Now, I only take this stuff on the days that I work out. However it instructs you take to it everyday for a 3 week cycle. Am I hurting my gains by not taking this everyday? I use it on training days only, which is 4 days a week. Im trying to steer clear of the acne breakout side effects, and such. Also, I still have about 10 packs left. Should I go ahead and finish off the rest, or take a break in the "cycle" as it says?
The rest of my supplement diet includes: 5g of EAS Phosfagen(sp), 650 mg of Glutamine, Ultimate Protien drink, and a multivitamin.
I'd also appreciate any other suggestions you guys would make. I am looking for more size, and strength. My body has a decent bit of definition naturally, so i'm now looking more so for a bigger body period. I'm 20, 6' and 215 lbs. Worked out real hard in high school but tore the shit out of a rotator cuff, now after 5 yrs i'm back in the gym. Been at it for about 6 months, and saw GREAT gains so far. I have grown about 20 lbs since, and went up nearly 100 lbs on my bench
. Like everybody else, I want more. Any supplement, training, or other suggestions would GREALTLY be appreciated. Also, please try and keep things practical for a guy like me.....works 65 hrs a week, no roids, and insane diets. Sorry so long. Thanks fellas!!!!
