Newbie @ 30% bf need some help

Quadkeys

Need some help on reducing BF. I am 6' age 32 250lb, went to the gym the other day and the handheld machine said I have 32.4% bf. I want to get down to 200lbs and see how I look then. From reading on here Diet Diet Diet is the key. I should try to do a 50/20/30 of protein/carb/fat eating 4-6 meals a day. Should I eat something at night before I go to bed if so what? My energy level sometimes isnt as high as I would like it for doing cardio, is there something that I can take to overcome this? Can someone recommend something that i can take first thing in the morning as soon as I get up to get me warp speed?

My work out schedule right now is in the afternoon, I know I should be doing cardio in the morning for maxime fat loss, going to start that soon.

Monday Chest/Bicep
Tuesday Back/Triceps
Wensday Shoulders/legs
Thursday Rest
Fri-Sun Circuit Train on machines (with the lady so she doesnt feel I have left here :argue: )
Every day to get in atleast 30 minutes of cardio

I was thinking of looking into Thermorexin or Clen to help energy and fat loss, any suggestions on these or any else I should be looking at.

Thanks ahead of time for any help

If you need more energy for cardio, try upping your carb intake a little bit with clean carms (oatmeal, sweet potatos, etc)

Bro diet is KEY. Cardio is also key. I would hold off on any sort of diet drugs untill you find you are stuck because you shuold be able to get the ball rolling well enough with diet/cardio alone. Here is a tip from me. Everyone has the urge to binge, whether it be from work, stress, emotions whatever. Write down on a peice of paper your triggers that make you want to binge, and what times they occur. This will help you reckognise and avoid pitfalls in your progress. Good Luck Brotha!
