New Workout Plan

Why the f*ck do i even bother with some of you people.
That is a good question
I meant no offense by it though but I am doing great with the plan and thanks for the advice, I think I probably will change the leg extensions and leg curls down from 4 sets each down to 3 but I love working my legs so much. Also I am going to do my squats first instead of calve raises and do 3 sets of squats as opposed to 4 like I used to do before making this plan. As for the back what else besides pulldowns would be good for lats? keeping in mind that I have tons of freeweights and a universal gym at my disposal? thanks everyone for the posts

bigpoppa, your a dumbass, pullups don't work? Maybe cause you don't do them right. Add them in and listen to Belial, he may only weigh 115 lbs. and have 25% bodyfat, but, he knows more shit then you.
Nice first post jackass.. I said I don't like pulldowns not pullups. You like pullups though right? are you a big kid now? lmfao!!
I can do pulldowns but I want to switch with something else because I am not getting the results I want, not everyone gets the same results from the same things. Dope!

Easy, drew. Heath was just messing around.

I know you like working your legs, and I think reducing the numbers there is a good idea. How much weight do you have (freeweights, I mean) SLDLs and front squats are both excellent, and doing those instead might be an idea.

For lats, bent-over DB rows are great, but the pulldown motion is still king. Can you do pull-ups? Weighted pull-ups?
