New veins popping up?

So I've noticed recently that I am having little pockets of what looks like spider veins popping up on my pecks, lats, and a few other places on my body. I was wondering if anyone could shed more light into this. I included a picture I found online due to lack of a camera my veins are similar in color/shape just not as scattered. It looks like new veins are forming across my body .

Note: I am 24 years old 220 lbs 13% bf and been training for 5-6 years now. I have no instances of spider veins or anything similar to this condition in my immediate family.

These are usually seen in patients with cirrhosis. You should see your physician to have your liver function checked. You may be developing cirrhosis, particularly if you also have gynecomastia. Some steroids can cause this as well, both directly as well as indirectly (through liver damage).
