New user looking for cycle info

I have been doing my reseach for the past few weeks all i want to do is gain about 15-20 lbs in the summer i am 6'4'' and about 190 now i been going to the gym for along time and it seems i have hit a peak i cant get past im in good health and im a rescue swimmer in the navy i need this edge in order better save my victoms if any one can give me a cycle and dosege i be greatful i been looking at d-bol and deca and win ..i just do not want to get tits i can deal with a lil acne and oiy skin and i also do not want to have alot of water retention
 
u need 2 do more than a couple of weeks of research.

age?

what do u know about cycles? pct? AI's? serms? diet?

stay away from the dbol if u want 2 avoid water retention or possible gyno. have u looked into plan ole test?
 
im 23 ... and yes i glanced over it i do not know much about it. i ben studying Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and win really hard due to i know a few people that have done it and Dianabol - methandrostenolone - i know a few as well hints why i enbraced thos 1st and as far as cycles i have no clue on dosage and how long i do know Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - is a longer cycle compaired to Dianabol - methandrostenolone - and yes i do understand there should be a 2-3 weeks of aromatase inhibitor's and as far as diet lots protean and caliories

u need lots more research b4 diving into this. trust me on this.
 
the elite addict your pretty thin for 6'4. Id build more natural mass before using gear. a good weight for you natty id say would be 220-230.[/QUOTE said:

i work out 5 days a week for the past 2 years just never have hit over 200 thats why i thenk gear is the only way
 
gear doesnt work on its own. sounds like u have a diet issue.

poor diet & gear = poor results

Seriously...you need to increase your food intake. Focus on getting 2 to 2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day. Eat every couple hours. You simply need more food. Also, make sure you'er taking in enough (good) fats. Add olive oil to your protein shakes, take fish oil (liquid or caps). Avoid taking fats with carbs. Meals should be protein and fat OR protein and carb.

Start eating. Until you learn how to eat, you can take all the gear you want and you won't gain much size. It will mostly go to waste. No real short cuts bro. Even taking some steroids requires hard work in the gym and the dinner table to get results.

Try increasing the protein to at least 2g per lb and play around with your carbs a bit, see what works for your body. lots of complex carbs worked wonders for me.
and eat every two-three hours
around 6-7 meals a day

Not trying very hard, evidently. I'm not trying to be a dick, but it's not very difficult to find detailed info online. A few questions here and there is one thing, but coming here and trying to have a cycle outlined/designed for you is somewhat irresponsible.
 
i do agree its early but im in the millitary and they do very hard testing so i have to start soon in order to skip testing

Dude, I was active duty for 12 years....you're never going to get tested unless you put on 20lbs overnight. They only test for the usual...coke, weed, meth, ecstacy. Half the guys I served with (enlisted AND commissioned) were on some type of gear. Do more research.
 
yea well its change man its random and what not but still i only got one more tour in iraw and i done so i dont want to blow it now ... thanx for the info tho

Bro, I just got out in August so it hasn't changed. Steroid tests are different than regular drug tests, and more expensive. Part of my job was administering piss tests while I was active duty, so I have a some idea of what I'm talking about. You're not getting tested. Obviously, you need to do A LOT more research before you're ready to do a cycle.
 
If you're worried about getting busted, you might want to obscure your face in your pic. You have a lot of identifying features and I'm sure you're not hard to recognize. You've already told us your branch and MOS.

Oh, and good luck to you. Listen to what these guys have to say; I'm still researching and I came here thinking I knew a little something.

i'll tell you this...i work for the city "putting out fires to be exact" and "saving peoples lives at the hospital" and just like the military, they do not test for steroids because of the cost...class A drugs (recreational like weed, coke etc.) are what they test for unless of course you pound your bunk mates head in for no reason...not to mention, when you take roids, it doesn't clear out of your system overnight...they all vary on lengths in the system but they can be detected in your system up to 18 months (DECA)...so taking it now versus later to avoid positive drug tests isn't going to do you any good...here's the best way to avoid any trouble while you juice...SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND KEEP IT TO YOURSELF...what you do is nobody's business and it should be left that way...but good luck with the cycle and overseas...stay safe

Needs some information. Im on my second cycle my first cycle was just solid deca for 8weeks. I pyramided my cycle. it worked out great i gained and kepts a solid 10 pounds..... Im on my second cycle. I have 8 amps of sustanon 250 and a 20ml bottle of stanzonol 50mg. I was planning to due an 8 week cycle .

week 1 Sustanon 250 once a week
week 2 Sustanon 250
week 3 sustanon 250
week 4 sustanon 25o
week 5 Stanzonol 50mg eod
week 6 "
Week 7 "
Week 8 "
WEek 9-11 pct nolvadex (test booster)

Does this look good or do i need to change it up or what...Please advise

At your height you can easily put on another 10 pounds in a couple of months.

Do a Heavy Duty type training routine.

Increase calories, mostly protein and fats.

Add BIG BLAST (www.proteinfactory.com) mixed with whole milk 2X's a day.

Try and add an hour of sleep every night.

Eat a half dozen eggs a day.

As for supps, UNLEASHED, Dermacrine and VIGOR will give an extra edge. And of course a good multi.

Trust me bro. You'll grow like you're on juice. And THEN, to get to the NEXT level, (6 months -1 year) you can do a mild cycle. 300 mgs of Primo a week and 15 mgs of dbol a day for 6 weeks along with the increased cals.

This is the way to do it. Short cuts don't work and there's no point ruining your potential down the line. You haven't begun to peak. Don't cut your long term progress short by starting too soon.
 
I'd work out a more concrete diet plan and def. add a quality weight-gainer shake to make sure you're getting enough cals / protein before using gear. I think in one of your previous posts you mentioned eating "a lot" of protein and cals... keep track and calculate it so you make sure you're eating as much as you think you are.
