New To The Game And Need Help Please!!!

Hi guys,

I am a 28yo 6'4 300lb guy from NYC. I have been working out for a couple of weeks now with cardio being my main focus. I have lost 35 lbs since and I am tempted to get into some sort of steroid that will get rid of all this fat. A few people tell me to take Winstrol and that after a month or two I can lose 60lbs if I diet and train hard and that it will give me that lean athletic look. I am not looking to get huge I just want to be fit and have a good solid build. Can someone please guide me. A friend says i should do Sustanon for the first 8 weeks even though I am fat and then Winstrol. I would like to minimize the use of anything I will be taking, so what is the best way to go about it? I was thinking to get down to 275 naturally then take the Winny. I need help and guidence please...

History?, age?,

Well i'd better say go to a health store and buy some fat burners with cardio and a low carbs diet.

Dont mess with winstrol now, its not a fat burner by the way.

It doesn't work like that dude.....Sorry to burst your bubble but AAS's are not miracle elixirs. Steroids do not help you lose fat. Controlled dieting and cardio does. Eat right, sleep well and train hard for the next year or so and you may be ready for some AAS. In a year you should be able to lose about 40-50 pounds. Go to the Diet and cardio forum.....There's a dude there named Pintoca who is a diet Guru who has done a lot to lose weight. Good Luck :Chef: :tuc:

Well, you better start controlling your diet first, then think about roids.

Start with a low carb diet, and low fat. Try spreading your meals like 6 small meals per day. Do cardio 4-5 times a week in the morning before breakfast, and get a fat burner, there is loads out there which gives great results.

Hydroxycut?
No....First and foremost get your diet in check. Post it up if you like...
AND BE HONEST. I'm a diet and food guru and I'll let you know what I think.
Secondly, cardio at least 5 days a week at no less than 45 minutes at a time. If you can't do 45 minutes, slowly build your way up to it.
Thirdly, after you have done what I've mentioned above for at least 3-4 months, then you may start adding supplements such as fat-burners. I prefer Liqui-clen for this. It works wonders but don't use it until the first two objectives are second nature and instinctive! :Chef: :tuc:

The Chef cooks up some good recipies and the above is one of them. You will see wonderous results without any gear.

BIG DOG, a lot of guys will take AAS to get up to your size, but not the other direction. If you are using AAS, regardless of type, you are talking the most expensive diet products in the world, and without getting technical at all, that's not they're intent. Listen to what these experinced bros are telling you, they will help you, and congrats to the courage to make your post.

By the way, get a new friend if he advised you to take Sustanon if your goals are to lose 60 lbs. and get a lean athletic look from 300 lb. Check out one of EF sponsors, AF Store (http://www.anabolicfitness.net). They have a lot of unique products that should help you enhance your cardio and fat loss goals.

Good luck to you. Keep us posted!

definately get your bodyfat % down. you'll feel better about your results with using aas at a lower %. during the time that you are doing this learn more about aas. it doesn't take long to learn the basics. in the end you'll be glad you did. you have nothing to lose, but alot to gain as far as knowledge and better results. good luck bro. train hard.
