first we need your background stats

weight
body fat percentage
how long you've been training
previous experience with steroids or pro hormones

btw if you're under 21 years of age you're too young to be running any test for a few years.why?because your body is already flooded with natural testosterone.when you give that information I will be happy to help you bro

I am going to be 34 in March. I am about 140-145lbs. Lift 2-3 times a week. Body fat could not tell ya. No exp. with this stuff. Only thing I have taken in the past is protein and so forth
 
You need to do waaaay more research before you think about doing aas of an sort else you could have side effects and regrets later.

How tall are? 145 sounds pretty skinny. U wanna have a good base before using test. Don't get me wrong a test only cycle is good for a first cycle. But jumpin in on test cycle bein skinny prolly isn't gonna due to much for u. Always remember food builds muscles not juice. Stick around, read up some more on test, learn about side effects, how to cycle, PCT, and on cycle supports. Lot of real smart people on here to help get u in right direction. It's not to smart to take a drug u really don't know anything about.

bro @145lbs and only lifting 2-3 times a week you need to put more work into your body.educate yourself,about training hard with correct form,learn about eating clean,you need to develop your body to the fullest possible extent before even considering steroids.work towards getting true muscle maturity.steroids aren't a magic bullet or pill,they still demand that you consistently break down your muscle tissue so it can repair itself,growing larger each time with the hard work and effort.if you aren't training correctly steroids aren't going to do much for you at all.it's a HUGE misconception that steroids automatically make people huge muscle wise.what that is and what people are literally seeing is the hard work and effort being put into that individual's body.stick around this site,educate yourself on how to train correctly,on how to eat clean,etc there is a mountain of information just awaiting for you here.use it to your fullest advantage and best of luck to you
