Hello everyone, so nice to meet you
As per title, I am very new to Clen. I did a bit of research on it, and it's left me with some questions.
About supplements: I am under the impression that if you start taking Clenbuterol you MUST take Taurine alonside with it, or you'll get major muscle cramping?
About working out: I'm doing the P90X exercise regimen which is strength training with cardio. I'm sure most of you have seen the ads but for those of you who haven't, that's the gist of it. Anyway, wondering if it's okay to take Clen/Taurine while on this program? There is some very intense cardio in the p90x program (like plyometrics) and I just want to be safe. The workouts are 6 days a week, the 7th is for resting my bones. I also bellydance about 4x a week.
About my diet: It's usually a 2:1 protien to carb diet. I tend to skip breakfastt most days as I'm usually not very hungry which just becomes an issue of force feeding myself in the mornings I eat 3 meals a day (if I eat breakfast that is) and 2 snacks (like a protien bar or a banana or a small protien shake)
About me: 26, 150, 5'3, my goal is to get back to being 115-120 (I was so happy there...) I want to be lean again, that's the goal.
Did I leave anything out? :O
