To get these results i did something bery similar to the Keto diet and worked wonders for me. I was on Fina 50mg/eod and Winny 50mg/eod.
This year i started out cycle with Fina/Prop and am up another 10lbs and weighinng in at 200lbs and am 6 foot.
Im gonna run the same cycle as last year but throw in the Win later on since i got the limp biscuit last year cause no test.

fantastic results! so you think winny helped you get that shredded? i am planning my fourth cycle and am considering winny with a test.

Thanx alot for the replies guys.... MMMm i wouldnt really blame it so much on the cycle as i do on the diet. I have done many cycle before in the past and never dieted and always got the bag of potatoes look.
I think the Winny definately helped but ive taken it in the past and thought it was the worst steroid ever since bf% was high. If ur at around 10% or lower go for it if not wait till u get down there or else its a waste.

I wouldnt really do Winny and Test unless your maybe thinking about Prop since other Tests seem to blow me the hell up and dont really get to see the benefits of the Winny...

wow you cut up big time, the side pic looks great

how big is your waist, btw? you lost a lot of fat and cut up well, but didnt lose all taht much waist thickness by the look of it. also, how tall? stats?

Im curently 6'0 193lbs and bf would really be able to tell u....

good job man, i'm 5'10 200lbs and about to cut, looking at your pics just gave me a shitload more of motivation hehe.

Before i decided to diet for the first time in my life i was 6'0 215lbs. After diet still 6'0 ( i hope and am weighing in at 193.

The diet made all the difference in the world.
My strength went up alot too and i was lifting light. Before i was maxing bout 285 once and at end of cycle i tried just out of curiousity and got up 405lbs.

All in all cycle and diet went better then i expected but i blame it all on the diet. Drop the carbs really low and watch the fat melt away like magic...I also did not 5 min of cardio while on diet..

Hey whats up?

yeah i was talking about my bench. I never knew how much i could do since i always go lite and do 4 sets of 15-20 on everything. So i tried it out on monday which is the day after my carb up and i feel super strong. Anyways i got up 4 plates once...
I was also doing 2 sets of 120 push ups everymorning before work and 2 sets of 120 at night before bed. Maybe that helped a bit?

hey awesome work man.. I was wondering if you could post an outline of your diet.. what did you tweak form the ckd diet? and did you do the diet while on cycle, or after?

Yeah man Fina is siiiick. For my chest excercises which consisted of 5 different ones, i would use the 90 dumbells and do 4 sets of 15-20 on all...

That stuff worked wonders for me last year. Now lets see if this year it will do the same but have my pecker working too???????
