New Theory for GH Dose

HeavyWeights

New member
I read in some publication sent to my home that GH should not be used for more than 6 days a month and should be used at about 12iu a day. The rationale was that as adolescents our GH levels are elevated for only about that long per month. Somebody's question was regarding a cycle in which he was going to take 8iu for about 5 months. The answer discouraged such use. This seems to go against everything I've read. Also, what is the deal with bone growth. Except for one guy I know who has a gut and claims that his shoe size has increased by two sizes (18iu ED for 2yrs+ nonstop), I haven't heard of anyone experiences those kinds of effects.

The 6 day thing sounds like bad info.

At 18iu per day he's lucky all he has is big feet and an empty bank account.

That's crazy. GH is released into the system throughout the day every day, with it's peak release time being in the first two hours of deep sleep. Injected somotropin has a half-life in the system of about 2 hours, so the whole theory is wrong.
Exogenous GH does not cause acromeglia.......abnormal bone growth.

Dear Mr. Ironmaster, please excuse my ignorance for I am a humble newbie, but I have a question if I may:

If exogenous GH does not cause acromeglia, why do we have so many horror stories? Why do the pros foreheads etc look so deformed in recent times, many of them look completely different in face structure from say 2 years ago.

That was Paul Borreson's theory about taking GH. I think he advocated 4 days on and 6 off or something similar.

Adaptek, you always post intelligent replies/questions.....
Acromeglia is a disease...you either have it or you don't. supplementing GH will not cause it. Persons suffering from acromeglia, like Andre the Giant, lack the natural defense mechanisms of the body to regulate the production and effects of GH secretion in he pituitary. It is well established in the medical literature that exogenous GH will not cause the disease....of course it would worsen the condition in those who had it. The horror stories are just that...stories. If a given pro looks different, it is something else. I'm still pretty after many years.
Hbone......that is incorrect. Here is a link to a chart of our daily GH production:
OpxFIDISA.dll

I have dozens of references to medical research studies dealing with these issues, and all GH issues for that matter. Be happy to post them if you fellows are interested.

Ironmaster, that is a slammin' photo! You look awesome. And it's proof that GH doesn't make your head grow -- it makes it disappear entirely.:fro:

Good lord, ercole.....LMAO......keep posting, you always add to the discussion. First the test shrunk my nuts, and now this!

Thank you Sir. The information you have provided has given me a new outlook on GH. I am 24yrs old, do you think this is too young to start?

Allow me to post the picture in the link you posted.

It depends on your goals........do you compete, or plan to compete? If so, then GH is almost a necessity to achieve the look today's level of competition requires.
Have you hit a true stalemate in training for the appearance you desire? (True = busted ass in the gym and properly used traditional gear and may have reached genetic potential)
If either of the above is so, then your age isn't a problem.
I don't recommend it for recreational BB'ers unless they are old farts like me. It works wonders for guys my age. Big AND lean is almost impossible at 50+ without GH.
Thanks for putting up the chart......privileges of platinum, eh?

I know I have not reached my genetic potential. I doubt I will ever reach it or it may take me too long.. I have a problem with Bodyfat. Everytime I gain LBM, I diet to get rid of the fat and end up small and still have the fat. I diet properly but I think it has to do with my genetics.

The largest I have ever been is 250lbs @ 5'10" probably around 16% BF. At this weight deadlifting 500lbs, squat 500lbs bench 350lbs.

Right now I am around 14% BF at 210lbs - I am clean.

My goal is to be shredded like you. I cannot even think about competing unless I can lean up. I really do not understand how to get ripped abs. I have never been able to see my abs, not since I was about 4yrs old.

When I was 19 I dieted really hard and could see my two top abs at probably around 11% BF

I hate this stubburn fat its a pain in the arse. My genetics are pretty good, except a layer of fat/water over my abs. I believe this could be estrogen related. I have this annoying little pouch over my lower abs. I am going to go on a cutting cycle, will GH, clen, wintrol, primo and T3 help?

In the future I want to do a cycle with all the hormones, test, GH, insulin and T3. Hopefully this may give me the edge I need. I love the idea of increasing number of muscle cells.

You meet my criteria for GH use.......the adipose tissue problem. GH is the ticket to achieve mass with low body fat. I had some stubborn spots around the waist that disappeared with site injections of GH. Then I more or less etched the abs the same way. Hadn't had a clean 6 pack for many years till I made GH a daily thing. And it makes you feel great.
Let me know when you are ready, I'll suggest a cycle and dosing plan that I know works. I have worked with several brothers who achieved pro cards....guys you see in the mags...over the years. My buddy does the diets, music and posing.
I am training with a micro-surgeon now. Powerful, steady hands was his goal, but man he has good genetics....he is ripped.

A great post and no ass kissing from me but any post with a reply from Ironmaster becomes a good post :D

I believe this 6 days on in anyone month idea was put forward by Paul Borrenson, may he RIP. I have spoken to many people on it and IronMaster summed their thoughts up perfectly

Thank you very much!!!! I feel better already, I know I can have an awesome physique with a little tweeking. Not to blow my own trumpet but I have the potential to be the biggest guy in my gym. Will be in contact!
