Some of you may remember my post last week on what I did wrong. I went in to the gym tired, not having eaten, and no fluids... and tried to set a PR on leg press. It was a sh-tty experience.
Last night I had a great dinner. Got up this morning and ate a great breakfast. Drank plenty of water. Popped two ephedrine...

...loaded up the plates on the leg press and sank it. 4 clean reps all the way to the bottom with a weight I've never touched before.
