I heard about this board so I thought I'd pop in to peek around. I'm know as Lynx on other boards, I see some people who might recognize me. I tried to register under Lynx but it was already taken, so I had to come up with something else. My name is Meredith Berthelson, I'm an IFBB Figure Pro athlete, just turned pro last year. Looks like a great board, looking forward to being part of the community.

RachelM - My training hasn't really changed much, maybe it ought to! Lol! I've done some powerlifting and still incorporate it in my lifting.
