Hey, I am new here and had no clue where to post, I just wanted to say Hi, and well here is a pic of me.

Stats:
Hight: 6ft
Weight: 245
Age 30 this Wed

I have been cycling for the last 3 years off and on.

Bench Press: 315 * 5 reps at this time
Dead lift the same
Squat the same

Hope everyone is good on here and I look forward to learning from some of the real experienced on this board

I could bench more than I squated for a few months cause of my fucked up old man. Throwing up 365 but not being able to squat it. And deads are for poosies rack dead lifts all day

Ok so let me get this strait, A new Member joins your Wonderful site, says HI and then you guys punk him off and bomb him etc.. Seems like to me a lot of you guys on here are self conscious of yourselfs. If you would have ask the reason why my squat is not over my bench is because i injured my Knee a while back and even with knee straps it pains when I go to hi. (B) I just was released from a federal Prison not to long ago where I spend alomost a year in Lock up, so I think my strength is just fine hence the reason I look smaller in my avatar then in my profile pic. (C) Instead of maulling people when they come on your site why don't you all lend a helping hand. Also I am here to learn not to bash or start trouble so if you guys are all about Internet Thugging then I guess I should find another site.....

Several people create alters and create posts like yours all the time. One person in particular. The fact that you stated you had no idea where to post makes it suspicious.

The posters here in Chat will always bust balls; ALWAYS. If you are for real, just stick it out for a few weeks and you will find acceptance from most. Some people you will never figure out.

I appreciate that, I have joined a while back but mostly read and learn, I just thought I should say Hi. I understand their are alot of people that have no time but I am not one of them, I am a nice guy but don't mess with Internet Thug Crap so if people here are willing to accept then you have just got a new member but if not I have no problem going elsewhere, I like this site but can't deal with people's crap if you catch me

Where do at least half of nhl players come from? Hockey is one of the least watched sports in the us. Thats why they dont make enormous sums of money like other pro sports.

The usa wasnt even considered a contender in hockey til the 1980 olympics. Even now we still behind many other countries until they decided to allow nhl players.
