Well I found out what the sharp pain in my upper back is. The doctor said I pinched a nerve in my traps. Well then he told me the bad news and that was that there is nothing he can do about I just have to give it time to heal and work it out all by itself. Well here is where I have a real problem I don't want to stop working out. I have found that I can't do a couple of basics like sqaut or military press or ant thing that brings my shoulder blades together. Now finally to my question does any body think I can still get a good work out for my legs without doing squats? I want to try subsituting front squats (which I happen to love to do) for regular sqauts. Any ideas or workouts for building mass in my legs would be great. Thanks for the help anything would be helpfull
