- your stats: My height is 5'4", honestly I don't know my body fat percentage.... and I need to weigh myself at the gym today.

- your current training & cardio schedule -- I go to the gym four - six times a week. Lately I have been going five days a week. I do between 30-60 minutes on the elliptical, the cross training or manual program on there. I usually do it on a higher level, 15-18.
- your current meal plan, including with each meal, portions, what you are eating and when you eat. - I keep a food diary on the Body by Glamour Site. I will have to try the Fitday.com site.
- any salient medical concerns - mentioned above, I take effexor and dont want to mess with that, so concerned about taking other pills with it. (particularly the fat burners.)
