I thought I'd introduce myself to get things going. I just joined-up here and I hope to learn a lot from ya'll and hopefully I might even be able to help someone else too.
I've been BBing for about 6 years now, tried various programs, routines, diets, etc. I'm not real excited about my results after six years, but I'm very dedicated to this, and I'm not interested in trying illegal drugs... yet.
My latest program that I'm on now (in the second week of) is Olivier Wolter's "perfect 6-pack". Wolter is the "x-size" guy you may have heard about. Anyway, so far I'm happy with the program results, as far as BF loss goes. I've already broken through a fat loss barrier that I haven't been able to accomplish before - Pretty exciting for me. The program is supposed to allow muscle growth while loosing BF too, but after a week and a half I don't expect much yet. This super-slow rep speed is taking some getting used to. Has anyone tried the "x-size" muscle building program?
