Ok some updated info....as far as diet goes...i cut out nat pb about 1 month ago
lack of control!!! Also cut back on red meat, shakes...no bars...and down to 1 tbsp flax oil a day. The past 2 weeks Ive been eating a lot of tuna, egg whites, and turkey breasts as well as some chicken....mainly tuna and egg whites. I eat either green beans, broccoli, or salad w/ each meal..4-6 oz of meat, or 8 whites.
Im up to 2 gallons of water a day...I will keep that up till thursday and then gradually start cutting back to normal and then sip sat. I will cut out veggies on wednesday as well as salt on thursday. Ive been much more active this time around as well as a lot of cardio. I was doing a lot of hiit training but my hip flexor is just not doing so well and my joints are liking the pounding so im walking a lot or riding the bike...nothing real intense just low-to moderate.
I had my weight and bodyfat done today...w/ calipers 7 sites...I was at 8.9% 1st time and about 8.8% second time. I weigh 154lbs
I started at about 166, not sure of bf% then. Im hoping to drop a bit more by next week w/ my diet and cardio till wednesday. Im tired...weak and training is not pleasant...had my last leg workout today and I about passed out. Walking will be difficult tommorow!!! Ive been posing every day at least 30 minutes....1/4 turns and bb posing to help me get hard
My goal is to push myself beyond where i took my body last time. Ive set high goals and ive been working my ass off planing and preparing. I feel good and confident and I am more than ready to go
