oh yeah nejar, i forgot to tell you online, im ABONIMAL SNOWMAN .... so we already talked about this.

Great. We have "crazy" "violent" "retards" and now we have snowmans here. No wonder this is a powerlifting board!

Ok I just joked about the above. Take it lightly, it is just a stupid joke. Just check out my other post.

Great!

And hey to the new guy(nejar), welcome to the board! If you act as everyone acts you wont get flamed.

I prefer to lift with 0 equipment, i LOVE lifting raw, and don't want to change that.

Negar

I don't understand your logic and this isnt meant to flame you but I think that you have a good chance of fucking up your wrists more than they are already because of the lack of wraps. All my training patners including 4 500+ benchers wear them for a reason-to protect your wrists. I am only officially a 407 bencher right now.

I dont know if I would include wrist wraps in the raw v.gear debate. Bench shirts and squat suits can definately add to your poundage on your lifts but I dont think wrist wraps will add anything in lbs to your lifts-just protect your wrists.

I know that I would rather pay $20 for some top of the line wraps then mess up my wrists.

I would like to know what the other members of the board think of wrist wraps.
