Beginning off a new diet in 2013, 3 weeks in keeping my game face on. I am starting a 15 day cleanse as of tomorrow to clean out my liver, colon, and digestive tract to kick start everything in the right direction fresh and clean. It is not an intense cleanse but a gentle one to get everything flowing more naturally. It is called "First Cleanse" by Renew Life. I am still finalizing my diet which I will post on the weekend, but I am wondering if my guidelines are correct to go by.
Protein - 200-250g/day
Fat - 60-70g/day
Carbohydrates - 200-250g/day
Calories - 2,800-3,000/day
My weight is 237lbs as of lastnight, I am 6'1, excersising 6 days/week, looking for muscle gain and fat loss. I would appreciate any feedback anyone may have.
