new diet for a few weeks

getting really bored with my current diet so i decided to switch things up...keeping me from insanity

stats 27 5'9 168lbs btwn 10-11% bf

Totals 2454cals 172 fat 21 carbs 202 protein

macros are broken up over 7 meals and consist mainly of tuna w/mayo, cheeseburgers w/o bun, chicken, eggwhites and peanut butter. going to do this 5 days straight.....mon-fri and then sat- sun i will basically use a 40pro/40carbs/20fat making sure i get a lot of fiber and green veggies in there!

supplements:
fish oil
green tea
sesa/gluc combo
multi

anything else i should be supplementing with on this diet?
 
Looks great... what are your goals? If you are looking to bulk up... you might want to try hitting around 3000 - 3300 or so cals... 40/40/20 is good...
 
trying ckd for a few weeks....taking in 20g or less of carbs a day...high fat..high protein....then carbing up on the weekend. i started monday.....i haven't gotten a chance to weigh myself yet...i'll do it today...but i def lost about 1/2 off my waist...no bullshit. my wasit was a tiny bit over 32 last week...measured this morning and it was a little under 32 :) i'm seeing great results so far and it's only been 4 days....i will def have to throw this diet in the mix once every 3 months.

right now my goal is to shed some bf...i'm about 10.5% right now....trying to get down do 6-8 not sure if 6 is possible but i would be happy with 8
