I have just started a new cycle i have taken 2 shots of 24 1wks. worth of 12wks so far. I have been training for 9 years with the last 7 being atleast 5-6 days a wk on cycle and 4 days a wk off cycle. I have about 5 bulking cycles, 2 cutting cycles(10-14wks) and a couple of short cycles (less then 8wks) under the belt. I got on the scale befor first shot and was 215.4lbs i am 5'8 tall and have a naturaly medium build. When i started working out 9 years ago i was 142lbs. BTW i have done one cycle with HGH about 5 yrs. ago i wish i could do it again BUT to much loot these days...
-Work Out
1)Pec's and Tri's (plus 20min. cardio)
2)Back and Bi's (plus 20min. cardio)
3)Cardio ONLY 45min
4)Shoulders and Abs (plus 20min. cardio)
5)Legs (NO cardio on Leg day)

-Diet
1)11am Breakfast: 2 eggs,3 bacon strips,and homefries plus bagel and cream cheese with juice
2)1pm protien bar 10grams
3)3-4pm lunch STUFFED chicken w/broc and mild cheader cheese all organic
and 1 pc. of corn with juice
then i dont eat till after gym i go at 7pm i only have amio acids blend befor workout w/lot of water
4)8-9pm Dinner Turkey Burgers i eat 2 plus veggies and then save another 2 for eatting later at night
5)10pm Cookies and ice cream within reason lol i do my cardio so i can eat well lol
6)12am 1 turkey burger w/juice
7)2am 1 turkey burger w/juice
8)4am 2 bowls of cerial and one 10gram protien bar
-Suplements
colostrum, omega 3, evening primrose oil, amino acid complex with free form,
multi-Vit, extra Vit-C. Also i have B12inj. Cyanacobalamin.
