You all can see my original post. I've tried to tighten everything down (diet, routine, etc). Here's where I'm at as of today.

Current routine:
5:45am-wake up take 3 hyrdoxycut.
6:30am-empty stomach to gym for cardio (24oz H2O while at gym)
8:00am-2 scp whey protein shake (200 cal), 1 scoop glutamine w/10oz H2O
9:00am-4 egg whites, 1 slice whole wht toast (every third day), 2 slices turkey bacon. Multi-vitamin, 1000g vitamin C (<~~i get sick on the drop of a dime)
11:30am-1 banana, apple, or yogurt w/granola-water.
1:30pm- 6oz albacore tuna on top lettuce. No drssing sometimes tabasco. 1 tblspn flax seed.
4:30pm- 1 detour bar (small) or 10 almonds.
5:30pm-Take 3 hydroxycut with 12oz H2O.
7:00pm- Gym-24oz H2O.
8:30pm- 1 scoop whey shake w/ 10 oz water.
9:00pm- 1 grilled chicken breast with salad or green veggies. 1 tblspn flax seed on top. (do substitute tuna from time to time)

I drink over a gallon of water a day. Definitely with each meal and then throughout day.

What needs to be tweaked? Let me know what you all think. Are my goals attainable?? (by May 1)? I've been hitting the gym 6 days a week 6:30am cardio and then weight training 4 nights a week. The other two nights I'm doing a crazy high intensity cardio class.

First I'd put all that into fitday & see what cals & macro breakdown you are really consuming.

6:30am-empty stomach to gym for cardio (24oz H2O while at gym) <<WOW you can wake up before 6 am, do cardio & still not eat until 8 am??? I'm ravenous within 30 min of waking up.
8:00am-2 scp whey protein shake (200 cal), 1 scoop glutamine w/10oz H2O
9:00am-4 egg whites, 1 slice whole wht toast (every third day), 2 slices turkey bacon. Multi-vitamin, 1000g vitamin C (<~~i get sick on the drop of a dime) << don't sweat the vit c- I take 2g /day. I'm not sure if you are trying to do a postworkout shake & then eat w/in an hour? I'm not sure you need to do that after cardio. I'd just eat my first meal after AM cardio --- Shadow may have a comment there.
11:30am-1 banana, apple, or yogurt w/granola-water. << I'd maybe put the meal 1 protein shake here & get some protein in this meal. Granola I'm not a big fan of because its got a lot of crap in it. High cal, etc. Its not "health food".
1:30pm- 6oz albacore tuna on top lettuce. No drssing sometimes tabasco. 1 tblspn flax seed. << You might consider a better source of green leafy veggies -- if iceberg lettuce, it has essentially no nutritional value. Fresh spinach is great or at least Romaine lettuce. I mix two, and throw in some other salad stuff for more color & variety.
4:30pm- 1 detour bar (small) or 10 almonds. << Your next meal isn't for another 4 hrs, including a heavy gym session -- I'd eat more here. Just my opinion -- I can't train on an empty stomach.
5:30pm-Take 3 hydroxycut with 12oz H2O.
7:00pm- Gym-24oz H2O. <<< Drink as much water as you need here ... !!!
8:30pm- 1 scoop whey shake w/ 10 oz water.
9:00pm- 1 grilled chicken breast with salad or green veggies. 1 tblspn flax seed on top. (do substitute tuna from time to time) << this looks ok. I don't know how late you stay up but this makes it nearly 11 hrs before you next eat on this schedule. Do you get hungry at all after this meal?
 
Soooo....just started working with a personal trainer tonight. Had my measurements taken again...(last ones were taken on 03.04.05)

I guess the 2x's a day....6 days a week in the gym really works. Heh. Of course, I'm certain my bod is getting use to the diet...which is awesome! Anywho....as of tonight....and 10 days after the first measurements were taken....drumroll please...(hey i'm excited about this)

BF: 24% down from 28%
Wt: 156 down from 161.1
Waist: 31 down from 33

The rest is pretty much the same. I left the sheet w/measurements in the car and I'd rather take a hot poker to my eye than have to walk ALLLLLLL the way to the car (total of 25 feet) to get it. He killed me tonight. (and i LOVE it!) The #'s above were what I was excited about and stuck in my head...permanently! heh

I'll be taking/posting more pics next week....I'm already seeing changes which makes me less fearful of posting pics. Besides...I already tossed out the big mcnasty pics. :worried: Whew!

Are these healthy changes in 10 days? I've been eating CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN 6-7 times a day and really kicking it in the gym.

nooooooooo don't toss them... These McNasty photos help track your progress better, trust me you'll want to keep them for reference... :verygood:

You are so freaking sweet! Thank you! I'm really excited about my changes. I scheduled my second shoot for the 2nd weekend in May. Actually getting really excited about how i'll look at that point. ;)

Ya know, now that I met you I can't seem to find you in the gym! Go figure.

This other gym ... trainer ... interesting thoughts going through my head....

Gotta figure out the schedule I'm getting into & I will be sure to share a treadmill w/ you!
