6:30am: 30-35 minutes cardio (elyptical @ level 10). Back in the gym that night to train. So I'm doing two a days six days a week. One of my days I do a high intensity cardio class.
Day 1: legs, booty, calves, abs pm
Day 2: chest, tri's, bi's pm
Day 3: shoulders, back, abs pm
Cardio/Workout: 6 days a week am
Pre-workout: 1 banana w/ 1/2 tsp peanut butter (the real nasty stuff)
Breakfast: 1 cup egg beaters or 4 egg whites, 2-3 slices turkey bacon, 1 glass water
Mid morn snack: Fat free yogurt w/2 tbsp granola or an apple 1 glass of water
Lunch: grilled chicken salad w/fat free balsamic vinegarette (sometimes a few almonds or sunflower seeds sprinkled on top) or tuna salad
Afternoon snack: EAS protein bar
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast w/ 1.5 cups green veggie or salad or salmon and veggies. I'm up to inhaling a gallon of water a day. Some days a little more.

You all can see my original post. I've tried to tighten everything down (diet, routine, etc). Here's where I'm at as of today.
Current routine:
5:45am-wake up take 3 hyrdoxycut.
6:30am-empty stomach to gym for cardio (24oz H2O while at gym)
8:00am-2 scp whey protein shake (200 cal), 1 scoop glutamine w/10oz H2O
9:00am-4 egg whites, 1 slice whole wht toast (every third day), 2 slices turkey bacon. Multi-vitamin, 1000g vitamin C (<~~i get sick on the drop of a dime)
11:30am-1 banana, apple, or yogurt w/granola-water.
1:30pm- 6oz albacore tuna on top lettuce. No drssing sometimes tabasco. 1 tblspn flax seed.
4:30pm- 1 detour bar (small) or 10 almonds.
5:30pm-Take 3 hydroxycut with 12oz H2O.
7:00pm- Gym-24oz H2O.
8:30pm- 1 scoop whey shake w/ 10 oz water.
9:00pm- 1 grilled chicken breast with salad or green veggies. 1 tblspn flax seed on top. (do substitute tuna from time to time)
I drink over a gallon of water a day. Definitely with each meal and then throughout day.
What needs to be tweaked? Let me know what you all think. Are my goals attainable?? (by May 1)? I've been hitting the gym 6 days a week 6:30am cardio and then weight training 4 nights a week. The other two nights I'm doing a crazy high intensity cardio class.
