Hi my names Dylan.

Im new to this, im going to be taking dbol.

i was hoping someone with personal experience would please give me some guidance as to what to eat, and some sort of workout rouitine. Im not fat, but i would like to get pretty big and ripped.

Would like to get pretty quick results if possible.

Would really appreciate any help.

If you don't have a diet in place, if you haven't been lifting constantly to know what a real routine is than you really are putting the cart before horse.
Dbol will bloat you quickly and after you have managed to get some gains without research and proper knowledge you will be in worse shape than you are now.
What is your age?
How long have you been lifting?
What is your height, weight and body fat?
 
Im 19. Havent lifited consistently before, sort of just doing a bit of everything no real rouitine. thats why i joined this site, to get someone to help me out with that. and some sort of diet

I weigh about 85 kilograms. im about 5.6/5.7ft. im about 15/16% bodyfat id say
 
At 19 you have no need for steroids. The rules are no advice under 21. Dont get discouraged though. What's your diet like?? Post it up. Everyone will be glad to help with your training and diet....just not steroids at this point.
 
ok cool if i dont need them id rather not take them to be honest. What sort of diet plan should i be on and some sort of workout routine to build muscle, i would really appreciate it.

Only reason was considering steroids is because a friend of mine said i should take them.

Focus on big compound lifts such as dreads and squats. Maybe try the 5x5 program and go from there. You can search the program. You are about 187lbs. So at least 300grams of protein a day from real food. If you want to get bigger you need to eat more. All about what you want to do. What's a day of eating like for you?...post it up.
 
At the moment im not eating well, i have alot of 2 minute noodles and junk food purely because i havent had a proper eating plan, but i have cut it out in the past before and its very easy for me so i will be more than happy too. i seem to have a fast metabolism since i pick up up no weight. Though all i drink is water.
 
Head over to the diet forum and have a look around over there. Heaps of good info to help get you on the right track.
