I know what you're going through and I've been there. Becareful with all the stimulants you take from now on. I know you say you've never had panic attacks before but this could be the beginning of a nightmare. I had my first panic attack when I was 22. I was driving along on the highway on my way back from school and then all of a sudden my heart started palpitating and beating extremely fast. I had a sudden feeling of doom and gloom like I was going to die and my body flashed hot. This is some pretty scary shit to have happen to you when you're just standing around but when you're driving on the freeway in heavy traffic it makes it that much worse. Oh damn I'm gonna die and then I'm gonna kill everyone else around me when I go. Well, I didn't die but I paid a visit to my general practitioner and luckily she knew right away what it was and sent me to a psychiatrist. I've taken Effexor XR in the past and it worked great except for the fact that it made me soooooooo fucking tired all the time. I'm 26 now I've gotten a handle on the whole deal but it's still a struggle every now and then. Here are some pointers that I've picked up along the way.
Stay away from Fina if you're not going to take any meds to deal with the anxiety. That shit had me whacked out 24/7.
Stay away from all the Thermos. It you have anxiety or PA's and you take this shit then you're asking for trouble. At one point my CNS was so sensitive I couldn't drink a large coke without getting jittery and nervous because of the caffeine.
For some reason ALA makes my heart palpitate and makes me light headed about an hour after I take it. Probably doesn't happen to anyone else but if anyone can learn from my experiences and avoid a bad experience then so be it.
People with anxiety problems are always thinking there is something wrong with them physically and this does not help much if you're doing a cycle of roids. I know the sides and dangers are blown out of proportion and you know it as well but in the back of our minds we're always thinking "What if....." so using roids can bring out the anxiety as well. It's not always the actual hormone causing the anxiety but the way you're thinking when you're taking it. Learn to relax or step away from the plate. I personally had to step away from the plate.
I read here once that taking inositol would help. It didn't do shit for me but give me some really bad gas and stomach cramps. Don't waste you're money if you suspect a real problem developing.
President Franklin Roosevelt once said that we have nothing to fear but fear itself and fear itself is damn scary.
