I need to answer some questions...
Following data is given:

Questions:
1. Calculate the Km and Vmax, both in presence and absence of the inhibitor
2. Draw the Michaelis-Menten and Eadie-Hofstee graphs
3. Determine the properties of the inhibitor, is it competitive or incompetitive?
4. Determine the Ki of the inhibitor

My problem is there seems to be an excess of enzyme, whereas in all theory I know you start with an excess of substrate.
