Nah, where'd you get that idea? (I do believe I'm taller though.)
Since my website's gone down I don't know of any pics of me but they'll be one on the EF site which promotes the one on one consultations. The pic is from about 10 years ago when I did the NPC Nationals. (Came in 5th ). Today, I stay is shape but at my advanced years I don't kill myself to try and get as big as possible. I'll leave that to you younguns'

LOL. That's a real old one. Two years prior to that pic, I was 145 pounds. In that photo I'm 180 and I'd never taken a single mg of any steroid in my life.

Hey, I wish I did! Actually I did take a ton of supps, 98% of which I dissmissed as crap. I had discovered avenacosides A&B at that time but had a hell of a time tracking it down. I got a hold of the old Blair protein from Rheo's partner (no longer with us, sadly) and that worked great. That became the basis of BIG BLAST -- the old Blair formula with P12 creatine and super plasma serum.
I was never a mass monster but I learned how to put on 30 pounds of muscle drug free and then another 20 pounds with steroid dosages that would be regarded as a waste of time by most internet experts, so I must know a few things.
