You know every day I get pm's from people telling me how much they love ef. How much this site and the good bro's mean to them. A lot of times what these guys have to say goes unseen by all of us.. I will keep there names out of it but fron now one I will be posting some of what I see everyday that most of you may not get to see.

If you feel like adding to the thread in a positive light please do.

Everything is ok, pretty busy trying to keep my head above water with this crazy economy. Doing my lifting in the morning to get it out of the way and logging in to EF to see what is new.
I have to tell you that this is really an amazing board with the core contributors that really reach out and extend themselves. You especially willing to give out your number to the guy who is struggling with alcoholism,rhino I think. That is very impressive and I really have never seen something like that. I am very happy to have found this site and it has given me such a wealth of knowledge even though I have been lifting for 20yrs and cycling off and on for almost the same amount of time.

Learning a lot from people here, good bros all around. Swole is definitely been one of a kind to deal with, reminds me of Guardian. AAP is a character, that is when he decides to respond to my questions, that bastard..
 
I have been around steroid boards for what seems like forever now. In all my internet traveling I have never found a board that feels more like home then ef. The amount of knowledge and people willing to help is endless. I could go on and on all day naming names but most of us know who they are so I want waist my time. I will never stop going to other boards, but ef will always be my home.

I wish more people were like you. You have been here for me for years now. When ever I come back to ef you are always here waiting to help. If even 1/10th of the people in the world were like you we would all be living in a better place. I have obtained so many goals threw the advice I have gotten from ef and the same from you.
 
I love mava and wish he was still around. What happen to him needto? He was always willing to help me. He always explained things in a way I could understand it.













Bro As I said I do not know. He has been very busy and life has gotten to him. I think he will be back though.

Needto reached out in friendship since day one...every bro hear has been more than glad to help either in open forum or in PM....I can't list all the great people here...and the more I'm here, the longer the list gets.....everyday I'm meeting someone new and each and everyone is become a brother or sister...EF is the BEST!!! :) :)

There may be difference of opinion for time to time..BUT everyone here acts like a big family, I've felt welcome since day one!

i dont remember how long ive been a member here. dont have a lot of posts cause lets face it, when compared to a lot of peeps here, i dont know squat (get it?) so i just read a lot and keep myself from postin noob comments. Also i do wanna throw up a HUGE thank you to needto, he's a great bro and has been helpin me out. thx a lot bro, youre the best and you know it.
 
This is home base for me. I look at some here as serious mentors through my workout scheme of things and general all around goodness. I feel it to be a privilage (sp?) to even get some of the people to talk with me. For that alone would be costly anywhere else. Needto, this thread is excellent!
 
You guys with out a lot of post and thinking you got nothing to add. I mean come on guys you can still join in and have some fun with us. Ask all the ??? you want,shoot the shit with us in threads,or what ever. You don't have to have something great to add every time. Just post up in a thread and say hi to us. Post up and say you like something or don't like something. Ask a ??. Feel free to laugh and joke around with us. Guys we are a family of people. I community and we much more then just about steroids,working out,and eating healthy although it is the bulk of it its still much more then this. You don't have to be on chat to just talk. We allow reg talk in our threads on the other forums. We allow people room to make friends.

We even have groups like the Anabolic Alliance!! And Hordcore!!! these groups are made to make friends with people who live the same life stile. People who more then anything want to help you and draw strength from watching you grow and reach goals.

We not only want to give you advice. We want to know you. Become good friends with you. I know its the internet but its not unheard of. So please get involved. Thanks.

First I would like to thank you in advanced for taking the time to read this. I have been taking Monsterdrol for 3 weeks now and I am curious is to how long should my cycles be. The bottle that I purchased is a month supply. Should I start an equilizer after this month? IE. Monsterdrol one month and equilizer one month and so for? What else would you recommend on staking with this supplement? As of right now I intake about 2 grams of protein per body weight, I take CLA, Multi Vitamin, Glutamine, Glucosamine for my joints, Monsterdrol, Methyl-EFX as my pre-workout, and a well nutritioned diet. I am in the Army so I do need to watch what I take and make sure it is sufficient to Army Standards. I am satisfied with the gains from Monsterdrol and want to continue taking it. I noticed that you hold knowledge of this product and you are the reason I joined the site. Thanks. I would appreciate any knowledge that you can pass on. Once again thank you for your time and have a great day.

P.S. If you know of a good equilizer or any other product I should stack, I would be happy to do business.

EF is the fucking shit!!! I love this place and could literally stay on here all day and never get bored, and learn all kind of good information... Needto is a huge reason why i got hooked on this site and all the other good bros!

EF is my other home beside the gym of course! I have to check EF everyday to see whats new and sometimes just to shoot the brezze. EF's Mods are #1 and dedicated. It has a great bucnh of members and I love the idea of having offical EF Mentors.
 
Needto,gotta tell you this is home here.I have some insight on things but no way near what you guys have.That is why I come back,because nobody treats you disrepectful here.If you want to learn(EF will teach)I have been here since 2004 but really just started posting,best move ever!I have seen EF lose a lot of good people but I have seen EF make alot of good people.
You personally in my opinion have got these forums where they should be and where they should be heading.I also want to thank you for contributing on my posts,its been great help.Thanks for your ear.

when i first came to the site i was on the fence if i would get any knowledge. then BAM!! i had more than i could ever digest and i was hooked couldnt tell you how i looked forward every day to getting on and seeing or hearing new info. i lost a girl because of this site but it wasnt meant to be and she was a hoe anyway but i left the site for a while and finally came back to my roots. i love this place its a home and more a community.

I've been on here almost a year and a half. I've learned so much its not funny. I constantly learn and get inspired by the good folks on here. All the mods, mentors, and even regular members go out of their way to give educated answers to all our aas ques and probs. To be honest, I feel lucky to have found this site when I did. Needto runs a tight ship and it shows.

Like the post above.... I dont know alot of the guys and gals on this site but i due time i think i will. I have been a member on here for about 2 years now and i have really done more reading and learning than posting. I thinnk this site i one of a kind! Lots of good bro's on here for sure! Lots of knowledge and support on here too! I now that noone knows it all by any means but, i think that one of the best parts to this site is that when someone does find out something new, be it by reaserch or personal experiance, they are more than willing to share it with others and help them out with any questions. That is FIRST CLASS in my book! FIRST CLASS!

One a more serious note......... Needto and swole! Both of these guys have really went out of their way to help me out with some questions i had. Swole really helped me out awhile back with some questions i had about some different sups and now Needto has REALLY REALLY been helping me out with some newer question ive had! I wanted to just say thank you to both of you to bros BIG TIME! And i really mean that! It's not everyday that you will find the kind of help that you to bros have given to someone that they have never met and probably never will meet! That FUCKING ROX! Thank you guys!

great board.. I think if you are a noob and stay on here a year and gain knowledge it will make your cycle and recovery much stronger.

compared to what i knew a year ago there is no comparison thanks to this board

a lot of my friends are shocked as to how knowledgeable I am about AAS. this board is like college but better.
 
This is such a great place for an education about life in general not to mention of course AAS. As for me I cant believe how available the mods and everyone else make themselves to anyone that really wants to learn.

Gotta love ef! So many good bros here it makes it worth it to put up with the very few d bags! Thanks n2 and all the mods, mentors, and ombudsman for making this site the best bbing site on the net IMO.
