Yes or no question.

Would you take real life MMA lessons from a guy who has only read about MMA on the internet?

Now we are getting somewhere.

I can give you a yes or no answer, I just need more info...

Did the guy ever train himself or just read the material?

If he DID train himself, for how long?

Did he train any other fighters with any other previous fighter with any success? Gimme some stats of the best 3 guys in his camp?

Is this guys going to be my main coach, or just someone to help me with a specific part of the MMA spectrum?
^
Is he the only coach in that area of my training or I'm I just consulting him for specific skills?

Finally, am I paying for his help, or is it free of charge?

Gimme something more to go on, I'll give you a yes or no answer as you asked.

Jealousy and Hatred are harsh mistresses.

These are emotions that will eat you up from the inside and age you faster than any others.

Really destructive, living with them are their own punishment IMHO.

I disagree.

Those emotions, coupled with greed, lust and all the other so-called bad emotions, are what keep the wheels of society moving. Those emotions produce greatness.

Great people like Picasso, Michaelangelo, leading up to many modern day greats, have all been plagued with errant emotions that made them possessed with creativity and drive - all of which have lead to significant contributions toward society.

Complacency leads to mediocrity.

True, however if you are dominated by negative emotions, dwell in them, I do think that this is a different scenario.

It is interesting that Buddhists strive to eliminate these emotions, and that the Christian religion refers to them as the 7 deadly sins.

The poison is all in the dosage.

I can agree to that.

Many great people die young :worried:

playing the hater-you-must-be-jealous card is stupid.

it is possible for someone to be jacked and yet unkind. others might have a point to make, and sometimes the point isn't all nice and smiles and giggly.

lastly...fuck you, jnevin.
