Needto for mod!!!

Needto is a good bro who is always around and doin his best to keep the peace and help others.


what do u guys think we need another mod here, one that is always around

He definitely looks out for the newbs (as i am one of them)...I think he would be a great addition to the Mod.'s here on EF.
 
I think he would be a great mod. He always is willing to answer questions and not just give 1 sentence answers. thats the definition of a good mod.
 
There are many characteristics that one needs to have to be a good mod.

1. availability
2. a manner in which one communicates an idea without inflaming a situation
3. the ability to defuse a situation without becoming directly involved
4. knowledge, believe it or not, a mod does not know everything, we all have special experiences and knowledge
5. trust, a persona that is known and trusted
6. can admit when they are wrong, and publicly apologize, (this is more of a guidline)
7. fairness, even a small misstep can lead to misunderstandings and loss of respect by others
8. impartiality, this is not the good old boy's club
9. good looks.. ok, we don't need this but it helps
10. and finally last but not least.. availability and willingness to serve the board, not their own interest..

Needto meets and exceeds all of these requirements..
 
i was thinking the same thing about getting another mod around here more often i started a thread. i would vote needto also, as he is a good bro who is always here to help which is what we need
 
Im in, needto 4 MOD!! He helps everyone n leaves no one. I know he has helped me. Good choice in my opinion!

Needto is not a mod? Why the hell not. The type of advice, help, info and assistance he provided I would have bet my life that he was a Mod.

well he got banned for a week or two here, then i saw him on another site saying hes off elite for good. happy fucking days!

I agree. Needto is a proven individual. He would not walk away.

The way some Mods were selected and placed on the job made no sense at all. And I've never seen some of them step up to any hot issue, sort things or people out, and resolve the matter.

Tell me Needto .....
How would you have handled the confrontive young Mr guns?
How would you have handled the odd and sensitive cblue?
How would you have handled the great Mr RADAR?

I'm not fu*king with you. I think you'd have done the smart thing.

Finally, someoen with a head on their shoulders. Most peopel posting here werent here for the polfa jelfa fiasco. One of the nicest guys on the boards left after that sham of a mod election, and look what happened? Polfa was banned, not sure if he still is or not.
 
this thread is for the aas boardnot C&C. we need a new mod here and Needto is a guy that is here 24/7 the guy in knowledgable and looks after board members as if they were family. I know he cant spell worth a fuck but he is a solid bro who would look after the board with good intentions

who ever thinks he should be a mod on the AAS board ( not c&c) shot BRR a pm wit ur opinion
 
i think needto is a cool guy, but this isnt serious right? hes no more knowledgable in AAS than most of us around here. (once again not bashing needto, but he doesnt bring the information needed for more experienced users)
 
i gotta agree, i havent been on this site for very long, but i have noticed that no matter how "stupidass" some ques. may be, he's always quick too answer with a "for real helping hand"
 
definitely a good choice for mod!! needto is always willing to help out with any situation, and he's always chained to the computer, so.......... you got my vote bro!!!!
 
j/k. I can't really vouch for his knowledge in AAS, since I don't partake in tha extracurricular activities, but he's always been very helpful to me, when I've asked. And he can certainly defuse tense situations. If he wants my vote, though, he's gonna have to let me cook dinner for Angel. :radar:

I agree that he is not the most knowledgable, but he would be a good mod to help keep this board straight and he is devoted to this board.

let me quess we need a fuckin know it all like Ross as a mod!

this board is great because we all share our expierences to others , so that we can all gain knowledge.

let me reiterate, commitment wise hes definitely there and no we dont need a ross...but we need some1 who has experience with gear other than ur basic test/deca/dbol cycle
 
As far as knowledge, i think needto gives use great feedback on our Q. Anytime we ask him for advice ,he gives it to us in plan english. I vote for needto all day long!!!!!!

But I just think that the poeple jumping on the bandwagon here haven't been around long enough to make calls on Mod status. Ask any Mod, its a another fucken job.
But wtf do I know? We have other Mods that never show up so ... whatevaz.

Mods have been slacking lately.
They must all be on vacation together or something.
 
Needto is a great bro w/ good intensions. I'm definately no vet but it doesn't take one to know if somebody would be a good Rep. to keep things in order around here. There are some serious jack#$@! around here that havn't been delt w/ in a good fashion. He's got my vote.
