Needs Some Insight about training split while on...

Hey fellas,
This is my second cycle and my first was Deca400mg and winny 50mg EOD, 8 weeks.

I started my second this week of 450mg test (Aratest250 and 200mg of cyp QV) and 400mg of Ttokkyo EQ, for 10.

My last i worked out Monday through Friday and took the weekends off and rested. I put on about 15 with the deca and winny. I have heard a lot of different opinions about proper rest days while on a cycle and i am just wondering what you think about this split ...

Its a 4 day on 1 off

Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Back
Day 3 Shoulders, Tri's
Day 4 Legs, Bi's
Day 5 Rest , then repeat

*abs every 4th day

What do you all think of this. I was thinking about maybe a 4day on 2day off split. I just wanted to make sure i would be resting enough with the 4 on 1 off split. Let me know what you think. Thanks A
 
4 on 1 off would be too much for me. But it all depends on intensity. If you feel worn out and tired you're overtraining, and you most definitely can overtrain while taking steroids.

I agree completely.

I do not work out anymore while on - just up the intensity. Rest is still a key.

I train every day. got a weird split.
Monday-Traps, Abs, Forearms
Tuesday-Chest, light tris
Wed-Back, light bis
Thurs-Shoulders, Traps, Hams
Fri-Calves, Abs, Forearms
Sat- Arms
Sun- Legs

Im sure you feel thats overtraining, but the muscle groups i work twice a week are muscle groups that dont get too sore on me, so i feel rested enough to train them again. I have only 1 summer class, so i get bored, so i go to the gym more. I get enough food and rest (i think) and i dont feel tired as hell all the time, i can still have good workouts.
 
Well.... if rest is the 'key', then i'd suggest doing this:

Mon- Chest/back/bis/tris/calves/legs/abs
Tues-rest
wed- rest
thurs-rest
fri-rest
sat-rest
sun-rest

I'm sure that will be plenty of rest.. lol :D

Its more like...

Mon: Chest/Back/Shoulders/Legs/ Bi's/ Tri's
Tue: SEX, rest(passout)
Wed: SEX, rest(passout)
Thur: SEX, rest(passout)
Friday:SEX, rest (passout)
Sat: SEX, rest(passout)
Sun: SEX, rest(passout)


No seriously, i agree with you about the resting and intensity aspects. I am going to probably hit up a 4 on 2off split.

I know it takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the EQ to kick in, but this is only my first week and i have been so damn hungry. I think its mental. Is there anyway it could be the EQ.
I am also taking Lastrozole at .5ml(1.25mg) ED. Could it be from this at all.
Also, i am taking it to prevent the gyno aspect but also because i dont want to look like a blowfish. Is .5ml ED okay and should i just bump it up if i start to feel the bloat or itchy nips coming on. What do you all think?

try this. It has been been working good for me.

Mon-Legs/calves
Tues- off
Wed-chest/bi's
thur-back/traps
friday-off
sat-delts/tri's

I hit calves three time a week and forearms twice. Mon/thur/sat for calves

This is my split

Friday - Chest
Saturday - Back and rear delt
Sunday - Legs
Monday - Arms
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - Shoulders and traps
Thursday - Off

It has me in the gym for about 1 hour 5 days a weeks. I'm not sure how much I like it yet.

I used to do 3 on/3 off

day 1 - chest/shoulders/tris
day 2 - back/rear delts/bis
day 3 - legs

I liked that a lot and got great results.
