Needle clogged

What gauge is your "thin needle?" 25g should work with gear, especially if you warm the vial first. Anything smaller may or may not cause issues depending on the viscosity of the carrier oil.

what gauge are you using and what are you injecting for your compounds?

could be a tiny particle in there clogging it

could be you hit scar tissue.
