I can tell you this, I wasn't taking it properly and didn't notice anything. As soon as I corrected my problem, I trimmed some fat and felt better pumps within a week. As for the price, use a coupon code and realize that one bottle could last you 90 days if on a budget.

yep this is how i'm taking mine now since i'm cutting and only eating carbs pre and post workout

This is pretty much how I've been using Need2slin for quite a while now. 1 cap 3 times a day provides steady levels throughout the day and is a very efficient way of dosing considering you will get 45 days out of the bottle that way!
