need2slin for bulking

hey guys so i have two questions about need2slin.

1)i have a bottle of gear and need2slin that are 2 years old and i was wondering if they would still be good to use?

2)whats the best way to use need2slin for bulking? i was thinking of taking 1 pill 3 times a day

for some meals i want to up the amount of carbs so i was thinking of taking waxy maize with it. would this work with need2slin? or do the carbs have to be from food?

2 caps of Need2slin before meals with carbs over 50g and one cap before meals under 50g is how I use it.
