It is Prolab Creatine Monohydrate 300+300. i dont know if there are other creatines that prolab puts out but i heard prolab is a good choice of creatine. Is that true and is this a good one? you can see it at www.vitaminshoppe.com. So you get 600 grams for about $19

The only creatine I ever buy is creatine hsc by ast sports science, best out there i think.

Prolabs is very good. They use creapure creatine, one of the finest around.

celltech absorbs more readily and has a bunch of other goodies in it....works much better for me than creatine and grapejuice

All those goodies cost you about $30 more than regular creatine also. You can buy the exact ingredients in cell tech and save yourself a considerable amount of money. Creatine in dextorse, about $25 for 6 months. Cell tech cant touch that
