Sauna, you can also rap up in a bunch of layers of clothes. Just SWEAT as much as possible, but a sauna really can work, just make sure its a dry sauna.
 
Fairly easy to do...just put on 3-4 sweatsuits over thin long johns, gloves, and a neoprene facemask. Use a plastic sauna suit if you really want to sweat. Work out/keep your heart rate up as much as possible. Just make sure you drink real well after you weigh in. I used to do something similar for wrestling...
 
Make VERY sure you take in NO sodium, and NO carbs...even green veggies. Green veggies can bloat you (not retain water, gassy bloat). Drink a crap load of water for next 24 hours, then drop water except for tiny sips.

Maybe even go for a colonic. :) Take a laxative.

Certaininly not safe recommendations, but hey, you wanted some suggestions. :)
